My Glossier package has arrived, and I have tested a couple of products. I am thrilled to share my thought’s about Glossier!

First, let’s talk about the packaging. Adorable, right? I was so happy when I opened the box. The product’s come in a pink bubble wrap zip lock bag that I will definitely reuse. Glossier is a beauty company that creates makeup products with skin care in mind.

Along with the products, Glossier adds a set of stickers! You can add the stickers on the Glossier products you have, or on anything really.

I ordered the Glossier Priming Moisturizer, and I have been loving it! This priming moisturizer really does lock in moisture, and seems to make my makeup last longer. I have been searching for a makeup primer that doesn’t have any perfume of harsh chemicals, but one that can lock in moisture while providing longevity to my makeup. This primer is not a silicone based primer that fills in pores.

How I apply

I only use this primer when am going to apply makeup. I don’t use it as a daily moisturizer. I apply my jojoba facial oil to my face, let it sink in, then I apply the Glossier Priming Moisturizer. img_0887

I also purchased the Glossier Stretch Concealer in the shade Dark. This concealer provides sheer to medium coverage. It feels dewy on the skin, but can be set with a powder. I purchased this to cover blemishes and mild redness. It provides coverage, but seems to cling to my dry patches. This shade is too dark to use as an under eye concealer for my skin tone. I like that the concealer comes in a glass jar that is resealable.

Primer on the top, and concealer on the bottom

I will continue to use the Priming Moisturizer because I truly love it, and I try the Stretch Concealer once my skin isn’t as dry as it has been. I look forward to testing more Glossier products.
